Manage or Delete My Data

DONYME is a service operated by Levered Partners. Levered Partners is the data controller for DONYME user data.

You may revoke the permissions granted to a connected service from the DONYME app settings where that feature is available, or directly with the provider concerned (for example, from the security settings of your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions).

Revocation prevents any further access to the data of the service concerned.

You may request deletion of your DONYME data by writing to contact@donyme.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line “Data deletion request”.

• The request covers data under the control of Levered Partners.
• No account or paid subscription is required to submit a deletion request.

• account data and settings;
• conversations, instructions and stored personal context;
• documents, images and audio you provided;
• data retrieved from connected services and stored by DONYME;
• authentication tokens for connected services, which are revoked.

Minimal data may be retained where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Backups follow their technical purge cycle, with no active reuse of deleted data.

• Revoking access to your Google Account prevents any further access.
• You may request deletion of Google user data previously stored by DONYME.
• DONYME handles deletion requests in accordance with applicable obligations and Google policies, including the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements.
• Google user data is never sold, never used for advertising or data brokerage, and never used to train generalised artificial intelligence models.

Deletion requests are acknowledged and processed without undue delay, and in any case within the timeframes required by applicable law (one month under the GDPR, extendable where the request is complex). You receive a written confirmation once deletion is complete.
