DONYME Terms of Use

DONYME is a service operated by Levered Partners. Full legal information is set out in the Legal Notice.

By accessing the service, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

DONYME is an artificial-intelligence software assistant designed to help you:

• understand requests;
• organise information;
• prepare actions;
• where the feature is available and authorised, execute certain actions through connected services.

Not all actions are available: the scope depends on connected services, the permissions granted, and the current stage of the service.

• protect access to your account and credentials;
• do not circumvent security mechanisms;
• report any suspicious access without delay.

Artificial intelligence systems can produce errors or inaccurate interpretations. Generated content does not automatically constitute professional, legal, medical, financial or tax advice.

Where DONYME asks for validation before a sensitive action, you must check the summary displayed. A confirmation applies to the action presented.

Nothing in this section is intended to exclude or limit the mandatory rights you enjoy as a consumer.

Some features depend on third-party services that you connect voluntarily. The terms, availability and limitations specific to those services may apply. You may revoke a connection at any time.

• unauthorised access to accounts, data or systems;
• fraud or deceptive use;
• circumvention of security measures;
• infringement of third-party rights;
• any use contrary to law;
• attempts to extract secrets or to attack the service.

The service may evolve; features may be added, modified or removed. Interruptions, maintenance or incidents may occur: no permanent availability is guaranteed.

The service, the DONYME visual identity, the interfaces and the software are protected, as set out in the Legal Notice. You keep the rights to the content you provide. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use.

Access to the service may be suspended or terminated in the event of:

• a security risk;
• abusive use;
• a legal obligation;
• a serious breach of these terms.

You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your data through the Manage or Delete My Data page.

These terms are governed by French law where applicable. However, if you use the service as a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, nor of the jurisdiction rules available to you under that law.
